Visitors to MyTinyName.com may use our free animations only for their personal projects, such as personal websites and emails but only for decoration or illustration purposes. Animations are NOT allowed in commercial and professional projects, websites, presentations, or emails.

You agree to place full credit and a link to MyTinyName.com when our animations or our designs is used and displayed publicly, such as on a website.

As a user of our free animations, YOU MAY NOT:

1. Make MyTinyName.com animations available for download or distribution, or give permission to download or save MyTinyName.com animations from your project.

4. Use MyTinyName.com animations in any project that is similar to or competes with the services and products offered by MyTinyName.com.

Paid customers of MyTinyName.com may use the purchased animations as they wish in any personal, commercial or professional project for decoration or illustration purposes, with the exception of the following:

"Order received" status

All orders placed online will receive an "Order Received" status. Animation work has not begin at this point, thus you may cancel your purchase by emailing us, quoting your order number.

For successful online credit card payment, you will not see this status. The status will automatically change to "Order confirmed" (see below).

Unsuccessful online credit card payment will still receive the "Order Received" status.

"Order confirmed" status

Upon successful receipt and clearance (for cheque payment) of your payment, we will update your order status to "Order Confirmed" indicating that the order is processed. Animation work will start immediately and they should be ready within three working days.

No cancellation will be allowed from this point onward, as animation works would have begun.

"Completed" status

Once your animation is completed and ready for your collection, we will update the status to "Completed". We will then email you to collect your animations from our website.

Cancellation of order is only allowed when your order is in the "Order received" status. Once your order is cancelled, the order status will change to "Cancelled".

Once your order status has changed to "Order confirmed", no cancellation is allowed, as our animators would have started on your animations.

MyTinyName.com reserve the rights to reject any orders. This may be due to the following reasons:

• The desired name or text entered is abusive, obscene, immoral, racist, or promote religious disharmony.

• The desired name entered is too generic, example "John". You may wish to add your last name to it to prevent your orders being rejected, example "John Conner".

In the event that an order is rejected, a full refund will be given back.

As all our animations are individually customized, products purchased cannot be returned and refunded. We will however ensure that the animations you received is of the same quality shown on our website, and we will amend our animation to meet such quality.

Please note that the dimension and size of the animation shown on our website is only for your reference. These are solely determined by your "desired name" that you have entered for that particular animation. Obviously, the size and dimension will increase with longer "desired name" and vice versa.

MyTinyName.com cannot guarantee that the dimension and size of your purchased animations will be the same as those shown on our website. It could be smaller or larger depending on your "desired name".

This website is an online service provided to all visitors. The information and material contained on this website, including information, data, text, graphics, audio, video, products, services, links or other items - are provided "as is", and "as available". MyTinyName.com does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of such information and material and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in such information and material.

The information and material contained in this website are of a general nature which may not have been verified, considered or assessed by any member of MyTinyName.com, in relation to the making of any specific decision to purchase any specific products or services featured or hyper-linked on this website.
